Karen Waltham, established the company in January 2004 with the desire to share the years of experience gained within the city and large organizations, with a wider audience.

Karen spent 24 years with Lloyds TSB Group, formerly Lloyds Bank in a hugely diverse range of roles. Her HR management experience includes training and management development, business partner relationships, organisational and strategic change, mergers, acquisitions and internal consolidations.

As an ambassador for Equal Opportunities and Diversity, she co-established the award winning Lloyds TSB Women's Network and has been nominated for awards in the city for her commitment to work in Diversity.

Karen has experience working with clients in the private, public, education and voluntary sectors implementing Diversity and Inclusion strategies. Recent projects have included design and implementation of programmes to Executive teams, business groups, and individuals within FTSE 100 clients.

Karen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a certified practitioner in OT and OPQ techniques and a member of the British Psychological society.
